Acts you should not do after a meal

I have some tips on the the acts that you should not do after you have a meal, here it goes:
Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).
Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.
Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.
Don't bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

Healthy sunshine

When you talk about sunshine, people will regard it as bright, hope, energetic, happy, smiles and even link it to power or success. But do you know that we do need sunshine for our healthy body.

Vitamin D can help to regulate calcium metabolism and thus it assist to harden our teeth, having teeth in your mouth will make you look good, right. Teeth is important to chew the food into smaller element and will increase the digestion to the maximum.

Sunshine which provides us vitamin D is believed to protect us against breast cancer. Besides, sunshine also helps to lower blood cholesterol levels, and assist in healthy sugar metabolism.

Benefits of eating banana(Part 2)

This is part 2 of the benefits of eating banana that will contribute to our health:

Morning Sickness:
Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

Mosquito bites:
Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.

Nerves:
Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.

Overweight and at work?
Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and chips. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.

Ulcers:
The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

Temperature control:
Many other cultures see bananas as a 'cooling' fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD):
Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.

Smoking:
Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

Stress:
Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

Strokes:
According to research in 'The New England Journal of Medicine,' eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrates, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around. So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, 'A banana a day keeps the doctor away!'

Benefits of eating banana(Part 1)

Bananas Containing three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber, a banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes. But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet

Depression:
According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS:
Forget the pills -- eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anemia:
High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

Blood Pressure:
This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it the perfect way to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Brain Power:
200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert

Constipation:
High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

Hangovers:
One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

Heartburn:
Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

Tips to healthy breathing

I have some healthy breathing tips to share, here it goes:

We have left, right nose, is that the same for inhale and exhale? Actually they are different, can feel the difference; right side represent the sun, left side represent the moon.

When having headache, try to close right nose and use your left nose to do your breathing, about 5 min, headache will be gone.

If you feel tired, do it the opposite round, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind is fresh again. Right side belongs to heat, so it gets hot easily, left side belongs to cold.

Most of the girls breathe with their left nose, so their heart gets cold easily. Most of the guys breathe with their right nose, so they get angry easily

Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster? Left or right?
If left is faster, you will feel tired. So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refresh quickly This can be taught to kids, but the effect will be better if apply by elders.

I used to have headache, it was so painful, go to doctor, doctor told me: it will be all right if you married! (All audients laugh), doctor does not bullshit, what he said is supported with proofs. That time, every night I am having headache problem, not able to study, I did take medicine, but that is not a good way.

One night, I sit down and close my right nose and breathe with left nose, less than one week, my headache problem is gone! I continue to do it one month, from that night until today, headache does not attack me anymore.

This is what I experienced myself, I told others, if headache, can try this way, because this is effective for me. Many people have tried and it works for them as well. This is a natural therapy, not like medicine, taking for long term will get side effect. So, why not try it out?
Always breathing your body can feel very relax.

Wish everyone well and healthy, and advice people must do good and act good

Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates and fats are energy-giving nutrients. Spare protein not needed for growth or repair can also be broken down and used for energy.

Energy is needed for activity, but even when we are resting, we need energy. For instance, the body needs energy to remain warm, for the hearth to pump blood around the body, and for the lungs to take in air.

The energy value of foods is measured in a unit of heat called the calorie. Fat contains twice as many calories as carbohydrates and protein.

Carbohydrates are made by plants from carbon dioxide and water. This process is called photosynthesis and uses energy from the sun.

After digestion, carbohydrates are converted into glucose, a simple sugar. This glucose is passed to all parts of the body for use as energy.

If people eat more carbohydrates than they use as energy, the spare carbohydrates is stored in the body as fat.

Researchers have discovered that fats affect the amount of a substance in the blood called cholesterol. Cholesterol in the blood can cause heart disease. As a result of this, fat should be eaten less in our daily diet as to maintain our health.

Protein

The word protein actually comes from the Greek word meaning' I am first '. It is the first and most important nutrient in our diet, and we cannot live without it.

All living things, both plants and animals, need protein to grow. Children are still growing, and need protein to build up the millions of body cells which form muscles, skin, nerves, and body organ. Although adults have stopped growing, they still need protein to replace and renew worn-out or damaged body cells.

When the skin is cut, new cells must be formed to heal the wound. If more protein is eaten than the body needs for growth and  repair, the spare protein is broken down and used for energy.

Protein is found in all living things, plants and animals. Some foods are better sources of protein than others. Animal foods which are good sources of protein include meat, fish, cheese, eggs, and milk.

Vegetable foods which are good sources of protein include the seeds of plants such as peas, beans, cereals, nuts, and rice.

Swine flu

Swine Influenza(swine flu) is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A influenza virused(H1N1 subtype) that caused regular outbreaks in pigs. People do not normally get swine flu, but infections can and do happen.
Swine flu viruses have been reported to spread from person to person, but in the past, this transmission was limited and not sustained beyond three people.
Spread of this swine influenza A (H1N1) virus is thought to be happening in the same way that seasonal flu spreads. Flu viruses are spread mainly from person to person through coughing or sneezing of people with influenza. Sometimes people may become infected by something with flu viruses on it and then touching their mouth nose.
Infected people may be able to infect others beginning 1 day before symtoms develop and up to 7 or more days after becoming sick. That means that you may be able to pass on the flu to someone else before you know you are sick, as well as while you are sick.
First and most important: wash your hands. Try to stay in good general health. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food. Try not touch surfaces that may be contaminated with the flu virus. Avoid contact with people who are sick

Healthy vegetable(cabbage)

Vegetable is very vital to our life, it provide our body with a lot of fibre, vitamin and mineral which is contributing to our health.

Cabbage, which is one kind of leafy vegetable i am going to touch on this short article. This humble vegetable may help fight osteoporosis, which affects many women late in life. In addition to getting adequate amounts of calcium and vitamin D, some studies suggest that vitamin K may have a bone-protective effect as well.

Reseachers discovered that women who ate enough vitamin K-rich foods( at least 109 micrograms of the vitamin daily) were 30 per cent less likely to suffer a hip fracture during ten years of follow up than women who ate less.

Reseachers point out that dark-green leafy vegetable such as brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli are all good sources of the vitamin. But cabbage is among the best.

Concept of health

In this fast changing world, everybody strike to achieve success in whatever they are involved. I am not going to touch on external value for example self confident, perseverance, concentration or hard work and so on which is important requirement to take you to the top of your world.

Health is the point that we are going to discuss here and in fact health itself is quite general and it cover a wide aspects. This generic word health could include healthy foods, healthy mind or lifestyle.

If we are weak and sick, we are unable to achieve anything as physically we are incapable to carry out any task enthusiastically and definitely it will affect the chances to succeed. To me, the basic is to provide our body with healthy and nutrious foods to our body systems so that the body can function at optimum level.

Healthy foods supplement is of great important but without healthy mind, it still can expose us to sick. I consider healthy mind is the internal thing which is equally important aspect that we must possess. Always think positive and research reveal that positive thinker achieve more than pessimists.

Good and healthy lifestyle such as sleep early and exercise regularly will make sure that we live longer. We have to prevent taking drugs, heavy smoking or drinking that will put our life in danger.

We are responsible for our own body and we take good care of it, nobody is going to away from it.
